Small croissant puff pastry cook no longer than 30 minutes, so they are ideal for breakfast. Try as classic croissants without filling Bon Appetit.

The puff pastry dough we used is actually. We’re sure you’ve noticed their products in your grocery store. Pepperidge Farm did pay us to share this recipe using their puff pastry crust.

You see, they came to us to see if we would like to participate in their game day entertaining challenge. We said yes and decided to move the cheese and wings aside and instead share these extra easy croissants.

If you can’t find  puff pastry sheets, feel free to use another puff pastry dough, store-bought or homemade but better puff Dough.

Instructions:

1. Dough make  room temperature for 40-50 minutes.

2. Preheat oven to 175 ° C. Cut the dough into 8 regular pieces.

3. Mix egg with water. Cut each piece of dough, put chocolate chips.

4. Fold the dough into bagels, put on a baking sheet and coat with egg croissants.

5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
