A thin savoury sauce made from chopped mint, vinegar and sugar, traditionally served in England as an accompaniment to roast lamb.

This Lamb recipe is the classic Spring Sunday Dinner Tonight and is perfect for Easter; try  proper homemade mint sauce recipe to go with it!

    1. Prepare the ingredients.

    2. To cut loin "patties" - one ribs. Clean yourself up ribs bones. Add salt and pepper and fry the slice over high heat until golden brown. Remove from heat, and allow to postpone the meat a little "rest".
